| 2009 - June |
At the end of June, I went to Bangalor India for business meetings. The first day I was there (Sunday), I had time to get out and look around. I took an "Auto-Rickshaw" to a Botanical Garden. Notice the picnic scene with the dogs hanging around. There are stray dogs all over Bangalor. The humane society has successfully convinced the government to sterilize but not euthanize the strays. As a result, you see dogs wandering around throughout the city. I think it's a reflection of a culture that sees animals as sacred. The trip was both pleasant and physically challenging, and the Indian food was great.
The rest of the shots are the usual photos that I can't resist taking in the spring when my garden comes to life.
