The first set of pictures were taken during our vacation in Murphy, N.C. with THE COUSINS.

The second set are from around the house.  These include my quest to capture sharp pictures of the birds
 that come to feed.  The issues involved with capturing a sharp picture are: 
  1) the telescopic lens requires more light 
  2) it's Winter so the light is from the side and back
  3) the shutter has to be relatively slow to allow sufficient light
  4) they are fidgety little buggers
